Dr. Kooima replaced my knee almost a year ago and is wonderful now. She is very good and patient explaining procedure. Her bedside manner is excellent and warm. I recommend her to anyone that needs their knee replaced.
Dr Hillal is the best without a doubt. I've been going to him for many many years. The problem is his people DO NOT RETURN CALLS! It's been months of me calling and requesting some papers that the doctor himself needs and have been called every day and left messages but nothing. I've changed doctors with something I never wanted to do, but I have no choice. DR HILAL, If you only knew how they run your office and how many people you've lost because of them
From initial consultation to follow up after surgery Dr. Hartzler and his PA Kristin were outstanding in their communications and care and every aspect of procedure including his staff was exceptional. Highly recommend Dr Harrzler and his entire team for your care
Great results from 3 surgeries. Another scheduled soon (2 knee,2 hip). He and his staff are wonderful. They are professional, patient, efficient, kind. Throughout the surgery process (pre-op, op, & post-op) he & his staff ensure everything is covered in a timely manner. Our PT specialists praise Dr. Jerabek's surgeries.
Very shortly after this knee replacement I noticed I felt lopsided. This made physical therapy more painful and puzzling. One has to go for office visits periodically for the first year after the tkr. I complained at each visit that something was off and that the non-surgical leg now seems shorter and it was throwing off my balance. I had an appointment with Dr. Ganesh on July 2nd. He prescribed a knee injection that needed insurance approval. My insurance usually approves things within 5 days. However, they did not even bother to submit anything to my insurance until July 18th. Insurance approved the injection the same day but no one at OrthoArizona bothered to follow up and check the system for the approval. Doctor was very thorough when explaining my treatment and took the time to answer all my questions.
Dr. Allen is the absolute best at what he does. He's honest, and will tell you the truth without beating around the bush. Friendly and easy to talk to. He doesn't talk down to you or in a condescending way. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else.
