Very good technical discussion by Dr. Russo of my Simon Med 3T MRI report as to right knee stability issues, ligament tears and options of partial knee replacement or arthroscopic clean up of two torn, grade 3 tears in meniscus and lateral medial tear; Unfortunately, we were not able to see the X-Rays taken just before the appointment because of IT technical problems. Doctor Vincent Russo is very thorough, very polite and sensitive to patients needs. My mother is older and is more accustomed to a physician who takes the time to explain everything and lives next door, like they used to back in the day. Doctor Vincent Russo is the Dr. next door,again genuinely cares about the person in front of him. P was my physician 20 plus years ago when I had issues with my back and my experience was equally positive then as it was to day.
Friendly, helpful staff and doctor Russo was great at explaining what treatments are available now and what to expect in the future!!

Dr. Russo had given me support through 11 years, but I couldn't deny that the time had finally come for a knee replacement. He carefully explained the details of rehab and I was well-informed by the time the day came. Surgery went well and I am definitely on my way to better movement for the rest of my life.
