Excellent office staff, superb physician
Dr Ramachandran had a big smile when she entered the room and that made me feel at ease. She is kind and gentle. I was told by a friend that the injection I needed was going to hurt very much but when Dr Ramachandran gave me the injection, I barely felt it. It really was a great experience and I couldn't be more impressed.
Dr. Ramachandran was the 2nd surgeon I had to see for my condition, as the first was unable to get me scheduled due to circumstances on both sides. I told Dr. Ramachandran about my situation and she and her team got me in the day after meeting me. She told me her scheduler was a miracle worker and she wasn't kidding! As a single mom, waiting and waiting (in total about 3 weeks) to get surgery was stressful and challenging. The Dr. is very good about gathering all the information from the patient. She shows intense listening and questioning. Her approach is way above most Dr.'s I've seen, and I've seen a few, I'm 72. When you make your choice to use Dr. Ramachandran, you feel a sense of confidence, in yourself and her.
