Dr Ram gave me very good treatment. Had problems with one of my fingers for sometime. She didn't agree with the imaging report and gave me a different diagnosis which worked out very well. As a result I am going back next week for my other hand.
Took multiple weeks to get Simon Med imaging done because of the coding/billing not accurate that was sent over to the facility. Never heard from the office after additional imaging at Simon Med. I also couldn’t access any of my results or visit information on the online portal.
She explained everything in terms we could understand. Her staff was great and so was the outpatient surgical center. going to stay with her with my arthritis. Was a bit of a wait with the first visit but it was worth the wait. the f/u was in and out
The meeting with Dr Ramachandran was very efficient. I spent no time in the waiting room and immediately had X rays taken. Very soon afterwards the doctor arrived and we decided what the next steps need to be. Very professional and personal.

It was good, under circumstances, but she did all the right things, right.. She is an excellent , concise, knowledgeable doctor.
DR RAMACHANDRAN DID A HIP SURGERY FOR ME IN 2019 AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER AND THE OUTCOME OF THE SURGERY. I RECENTLY NEEDED A HAND SURGEON AND WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE WAS AVAILABLE, I WAS HAPPY TO SELECT HER AS MY SURGEON.
Dr. Ramachandran explained thoroughly from the Xray screen of my hands, the problems & the several options to consider. Her staff is also considerate of the patients and thorough.
This was a visit I wish more offices were like! I walked in, was immediately seen and left with solutions! Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable and the team was great too! From check-in, to x-rays, Dr. visit, checkout, everything was great
