I have lived on site for 2.5 years and have enjoyed my stay. The upgrades and renovations make it top notch.
So far I've really enjoyed living here. The staff have been very friendly and were super understanding and helpful when I woke up one morning with a shattered window. My neighbors have been quiet and welcoming, always saying hi but respecting my privacy. And my cats are pretty happy here, too. If anyone is ready to venture into affordable apartment living in Kokomo, this would be a great place to start.
