RecommendedI’ve lived here two years. The apartment I live in is very generous in size. And the residents here are overall very nice! Have never had a problem with management in fixing any sort of maintenance issue. Overall, it’s a good bang for your buck!

Living at Villas has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. Having a wonderful roof over my head and finally being proud of myself for a place that I can call my home. Management is laid back, but when I’m struggling Villas is able to give you options I didn’t know about in these hard times. I think that’s what makes Villas so great for me. Villas has great management that goes above and beyond. They actually care about the residents and love interacting with them. They are also very supportive and understanding with veterans and service dogs as well!
I have been out here for over 20 years. A very nice place to be at.
Great place to stay been there almost for 5 years
Villas De Fontenelle have very spacious and beautiful apartments for great prices. Also my fiance and I called maintenance just last weekend and he arrived earlier than expected and was very helpful.
