I live here now. I love the environment and my apartment. The only strong complaints I have are the dirty grills, the dog feces that's everywhere, and the spiderwebs that are at every turn. Another concern I have is how easy it is for strangers to get into the apartment complex. But other than that it's OK.
The past Management was great! But I love the new guys too! They have always taken care of any Maintenance issues. This is Great Place to Live!
been here a yr & since marcus & juan left this place the POOP is getting out of control because dog owners especially those BIG dog r leaving huge piles (area behind first set of garages) the prior maintence would pick it up even though it was't there responsibility..& their r dog bags within reach. we have 2 small furry friends & we always have doggie bags. we even p,u outside the gate (pond area.) why not limit sizes of dogs b/4 they rent.. thanks 7/6/14
I lived here for 19 months and never once had a single problem until the new management took over a couple months ago. SInce there I have been frustrated every time I have walked into the office to have something resolved- including having incorrect billing statements, negotiating a month to month rental agreement and over $200 for cleaning costs upon move out (apparently I was supposed to have the carpet shampooed and the walls repainted, etc). When I pay $1200 for rent, I expect good service to be treated with respect...no... read more
