Do NOT sign here. While you’re “living” here, expect the apartment to be: -poorly built. The cabinet above the refrigerator was put in with the ugliest slant and it looks like it would fall off. if you decide to rent here you should know that this company doesn't give a flying f*&$ if you have a family member fall ill and you need to care for them. I have a parent that is in need of extra care due to illness and when I asked if the complex would waive the fees if I had to break the lease a whole one to two months early, I was told absolutely not. So don't expect this company to understand or care about your family or their health. All they care about is their money.
RecommendedThe office/maintenance personnel always treats u with respect and very attentive at our request n most of all excellent customer service. I have been here for 3 years and my living here has been super awesome I totally recommend villas at Sundance to all.
Beautiful community, the pond view is amazing and the pool area is so relaxing. Apartments are spacious and it is so close to the highway while still being tucked away and peaceful.
They charged me $836.37 in fees for things that were damaged and not ever repaired before I even moved in! The thing is, I was only there for 1 year and was hardly ever there. Also, all those things were noted on the move in checklist as damaged, but they conveniently lost the move in checklist saying I never turned it in. Uh yes I did, your irresponsible staff lost it....find it! #NotPayingThat If I can figure out how to retrieve pics off my broken phone, I'll have a pic of the checklist from when I moved in.
It is a really beautiful place to be living at. The apartments are very new with luxurious granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The leasing office employees are always extremely kind and will always help you as best they can. Service requests get taken care of within the next day and overall the property is in really great shape! I do live here and was not incentivized or asked to review the property. I just believe in giving credit when I think the credit is due.
For anyone within the sound of my voice, if you are even remotely thinking of moving to New Braunfels, DO NOT RENT FROM Villas at Sundance because they will rip you off at the time of move out. They gave us one quote that states "additional charges" along with the prorated water. We asked for a breakdown of the additional charges, which took almost a month to get, and then they send us a statement of the charges with almost $100 extra.
