OMG I love living here villas at Sundance super nice welcome from staff specially April, Trista n Kristen n maintenance Larry n Jason has been the most educated n well mannered people n make me feel at home since day one. I love the gathering once a month n the goodies they provide awesome. Thank u ALL SO MUCH.
Trisha is the worst manager to represent these apartments. I was only trying to get an apartment and she was so rude and racist. I can't even imagine how she treats her residents. Never in my life have I ever felt so discriminated.

Still haven't heard from them after bringing them new clients. Won't be receiving new clients from me.
We have lived here for a couple of months and we enjoy our home. There are some opportunities to capitalize on but the villas have made it warm, peaceful, beautiful, and welcoming.
