Office staff is pleasant and responsive. The apartments are well kept and the grounds are maintained. I recommend this community.
I am well pleased with my initial experience with Villas at Princeton Lakes. I initially paid funds to get my son and his roommates into Mechanicsville Apartment and they gave me the run around up until the last minute. I found Villas as I was on Fairburn Rd checking out some town homes and from the time I walked through the door I received great service. Alicia Colbert went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and my Morehouse men get in before classes got into there 2nd week. The apartment look nice and well-kept. ... read more
Horrible management. Apartments are decent inside but the management is the worst ever!!
