I've had a great experience thus far with Villas at Princeton Lakes. Alicia Colbert and the rest of the office staff were efficient and responsive during the application and move-in process. Apartments are spacious and well kept. Amenities such as the fitness center, clubhouse, and swimming pool are clean and make Princeton Lakes a pleasant place to live.

I have been living here since 2015 and had no problems with bed bugs, roaches or anything...when I put in a maintenance request it is resolved within 24 hours...the office staff is very professional and I enjoy living here...I keep my apartment clean and have no problems with pest or rodents...I will continue living here until God blesses me with my house...
everyone was so professional and had thing's moving forward pretty quickly so that I can move in at a certain time..I'm very excited to become a tenant here and be part of this community, I love the way the unit looks on the inside it's everything you can ask for in a apartment..
FROM UNCONTROLLABLE MOLD AND BED BUG INFESTATIONS TO SEWER PROBLEMS THAT CAUSE $100 WATER BILLS TO INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT WHO WILL NOT SUPPORT YOUI TO $1200-$1300 RENT!!! I'D SAY YOU COULD DO BETTER ELSE WHERE TRUST ME. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR HAVE SMALL CHILDREN OR LIKE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
