I live there now and don’t have any issues with the staff at all. The only issue is parking. Which there’s not much you can do with that many apartments. No issues with garbage or neighbors either. I love where it’s at. So convenient.
Place is a joke! Been without a dryer for the past month! Maintenance joke installed the new one after a month of bitching and go figure..... he dropped it so it making a horrible noise and did not hook up the exhaust properly. This guy is a lazy joke!!

Was a huge fan of living here until the snow hit this winter! NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO USE OR SNOW SHOVEL OR A SNOW BLOWER!! There is SNOW everywhere and it's not even plowed. We have been stuck more times then we can count just trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Do yourself a favor for the money, BUY a house or invest in another complex. #cantwaitformyleasetobeup
We have lived here for about 5 months and will be here for another year or two. We love the location of our apartment and the size of the balcony. It's bright with lots of Windows and we face a walking path with nobody looking into our unit. It's very private. I think they do a great job maintaining the property and I love the location....close to EVERYTHING! We pay $100 more per month for a single-car garage and an extra $25 for a covered parking space. Nice apartments even though they are ridiculously expensive lol
Stay away from this place!! Worst experience ever! Management is horrible and rude, you are treated like a number not a person.

The villas is a joke and a scam. You over pay for what you get. The management doesn't care about the tenants, all they care about is the $. Had a flooded washing machine, soaked everything!!! My kids are getting sick from moisture and mildew. They don't care!!!! Stay away!!!!
