The Villas are perfectly located in the middle of Gage Blvd yet secluded and private. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. My requests have been handled typically in less than 72 hours. Management and staff are friendly and wiling to help. When the snow got bad many residents came out to help other residents. It is nice to be a part of a community
They are the absolute worst place to live, I can't even say enough bad things about the villas.... I feel so bad for the people that live there. its a scam
Absolute garbage. From pricing, to management, to maintenance, all around. I honestly find it a tough task to say anything good about this place. Save yourself and your wallet by avoiding this disaster of a filthy complex and look elsewhere for much better renting.
These apartments are one of the best in town. I've lived in a few apartments like The Crossings off Road 68 and let me tell you, I used to get my car broken into all the time over there! Parking can being a little tough here and there but have fun finding a place that doesn't have a parking issue! I wish it was a little cheaper but the area is convenient and the apartments are laid out very nicely!
Beautiful Apts, well taken care of. Well laid out as far as how the rooms all go together to give you enough space. Garages available for your car and equipment.
If your car is parked in a non designated spot outside building C right now you’re about to get towed.
