Horrible management, I'm so glad to be leaving this place. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and the new management is the worst I've ever dealt with. The last 3 places I've lived I've received my full deposit back and never had issues, good thing I didn't have to pay a deposit here as I'm sure they would keep it. Maintenance is slow and Heather (the manager) retaliates once you've upset her. April can't come fast enough for me to move. I'm a resident at villas at bandera i just renew my contract for another 12 months. I love the property the staff is good no complains....
Not a great place to reside. Maintenance is horrible, the office is awful, the apartment is horrible cuz I've had issues since day 1.
