Horrible place to live. Management should be ashamed at themselves for the lack of care that goes into this property. Overpriced and terrible. I have lived here less than a year and in that time the gate has maybe worked for 2 months total, which has led to my car being broken into twice! Many other cars also broken into. Last month cars were robbed of all four wheels and rims. The dog park is plastic with minimal mulch as the upkeep here is non existent. security light, gate not working all the time and holes in fencing do not feel secure anymore. management have lot to he desired as well as the corporate office they eo not care if their tenants are taken care of and happy with their community
Lived here just over a year and it was not too bad at first. However in recent months work orders are never done. Lighting and the security gates have been broken long term and it is becoming apparent there is a thief in the property. They office just says I’m sorry. 6 weeks left and I’m gone.
Extremely disappointed with the maintenance here. They are always "down to one guy." We were without lights in our kitchen for 2 weeks while we waited for the apartment to fulfill our request. We have now had two requests in for 3 weeks. The lights on the outside of our building are constantly going out and we are left with an unsafe, very dark building.
RecommendedThe apartment layouts are spacious and the staff is always polite and helpful. I love the location it’s in as there isn’t anything I have to travel too far to do.
Been here for about 3 months now and the only reason we moved here is because the kind and respect Lichelle showed us from day one. We love our apartment it’s very spacious and I love the high ceilings. Certain areas in the maintenance need to be worked on but other than we love it!
Have been living here the past 9 months and the staff is very helpful. They make sure that you have everything you need. Also any maintenance issues and they are there ASAP. I really enjoy living here.
been living here for about 1 year, the leasing office staff have been very helpful, my apartment is cozy and spacious. the outside landscaping has always been kept up with and keeps the complex looking beautiful
I can not wait for my daughter’s lease to be up this month. The AC has broken twice, they waited two weeks for a repair for a broken disposal (imagine the smell) and now we find out they will only take full payment from one roommate or the other. No more partial payments. Unnecessarily difficult.
