I've been here since December, the landscaping is terrible you cannot keep your vehicle clean and garbage everywhere, we pay for trash pickup which i dont like, oh and don't ask for a garage or car port cause they will automatically add it to your rent. I'm having a hard time getting it off, they want me to pay for something I don't have.

Not military friendly. Stayed here until orders came down and had to move. Took orders in the office and was informed could not move out until end of following month due to not notifying management on the 1st which was a day the office was closed. Had to pay a month of rent in which I was not physically here. Flew in to do close out a final walk through. I don’t recommend moving in to this place. The management is very rude and the maintenance is very slow with requests even if it is an emergency. My experience with this place for my first apartment has been very low, for starters they lie to you about the way the apartment looks you have to upgrade to the nicer things. The apartment complex does whatever to get you in and once you’re in they’re hard to get a hold of and don’t return phone calls. Right now the office is still closed for in person so you have no access to speak with staff unless they choose to speak with you. The property is dirty and community rules for trash are not followed. (leaving trash In walkways all day) Office staff is extremely unprofessional in how they speak and respond to you. Believe the bad reviews, awful place to live. I was in a “corporate” apartment this time last year when working in TX from Australia. It was dirty, smelly and extremely poorly maintained. Almost everything broke or was faulty at some stage during my stay and it took weeks or months to repair. This place had had 3 management changes in 3years. Nothing has changed. I have had work orders placed and have not been happy with their slow and inexcusable response. So I fix my own stuff. Paint peeling in a repainted bath tub. Had to fix my own toilet from the water running in the tank !! Very irritating to hear water running and filling the tank every 20 min. ive been here for 4 yrs and this yr is by far the worst. Their idea of helping during this difficult time is by charging their tenants more to pay online with card then what it is to pay with card in office(which is only open to their employees which is understanding). From paying an extra 2 to 3 dollar to now paying an extra 30 dollars. and to top it off I've been on them bout being able to pay through bank account for 4 months and yet I still have only the option for debit. This is one of the worst apartments I've ever stayed in for the price. I've seen in places that cost less than this and they weren't the best and I expected that but at least they did care about their residents and made sure maintenance was done in a timely manner.
