I’ve been living at the Villas for a few months now and I love it! It’s close to work, it’s quiet, and the maintenance crew is very fast. Plus they do plenty of activities with the residents. I’d recommend VBR to anyone looking for an apartment in Owasso!
I have been living in the villas for over a year now and I love it. The office staff are always going out of the way to help any way they can. The matience team is always prompt to fix any problems that we have had. I love the fact that we have an app now to submit work request, email the office, pay rent and talk to the rest of the residents. They make a lot of different activities thought each month.
I just moved in but am loving everything so far! The ladies in the office are so sweet and welcoming. Jennifer was great all through the renting process. I even came in to a sweet little note and baggie of treats for my kitten. The apartments are very nice, clean, and the residents have all been very welcoming. There is a Caseys conveniently a block away, And shopping just down the road. The 24 hour access gym is also a plus!!
Staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are kept nice. Enviornment is so quiet it almost feels like country living. I recently had a work order and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Just about everything I want or need is convenient to the location. I am very happy with my decision to move here.
we have lived here for about a year and have loved any minute of it .the office staff is so sweet and helpful. the Maintenance guys are on top of it. we love all the parties and how they make this little community fell like family.
