The area is gated so it does give you a sense of security, and the staff are always nice! Have had no issues since moving in and the amenities such as the shuttle, swimming pool, volleyball court, and 24 hour gym are always awesome to have!
So for the 3rd time in a little over a month my dryer is broken yet again. When we first moved in the dishwasher was flooded and a drawer was broken even though they check the apartments before they let you move in. Also about 2 weeks in we had ants crawling out of our wall outlet. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the pool and lounge areas are great. The location is perfect for going to campus. However, the constant need for maintenance here and being stuck without a way to do laundry is a big turn off.

UTSA students and future students. All the advertisement for this property makes this place a fantastic place to stay. Don't do it. The appartments are dirty. Son had a place where students were smoking marijuana. We pulled him out. Next apartment was dirty with moldy bathrooms. If u have to break the lease we were told there was a 250.00 fee. Anyone looking for a 2/2 at Highview place apartments! Must be a girl! Washer and dryer included! Ready to move in asap!
Unprofessional, unsafe environment, do not recommend. Why do you think all these nice people are trying to get out of their leases? The first year the property opened it was okay, afterwards everything went downhill....stay away! The worst part of my college experience was living at the villas.
