Affordable student living and floor plans. Staff is awesome! Excellent management. Well worth the money!
I love the staff here, they're very helpful! The apartments are spacious town homes and are really nice. The amenities are a huge plus, too! They have a nice gym and pool! Overall, it's a great place to live at!
I’ve been living here for almost a year and have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly, the apartments are nice and spacious, and they have a gym with many machines. Villas at Babcock is a great place to live at.
Available Jan 1st. Looking for a female to take over my lease for the Spring semester. My roommates are clean and nice. It's a 4 bed 4.5 bath, townhouse style. Washer and dryer in the unit. Cheaper rate. Everything included except electricity. I've never had a problem with anything at the Villas.
Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Villas at Babcock starting in January 2018. The remainder of the lease is from January 2018 - August 2018. I'm also giving a $100 Visa gift card to whoever takes it. Rent is the cheapest you'll see for housing at or around UTSA. Message me if interested.
I'm looking for someone to take over a lease! I have lived here and loved it, however it is no longer what I am looking for! Signed early so rent is at a reduced price. Please contact me as soon as possible for details.
