Great place to live in for the first year. Very close to campus and having shuttles is also really convenient. Also has a 24 hour gym which is really nice.

Love the staff here, they are always very helpful and friendly! I moved here from on campus living and this living space is so much better and for a much more reasonable rate :)
I have lived at this property since August of 2014 and I have never had major issues with anything or anyone in the office. Very professional staff and managers. Convenient location with campus and they have free rides to campus!
The Villas is a great and convenient place to live for any UTSA student. They genuinely care about the residents and the place looks wonderful!
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and it's a great place to live if you're a new student at UTSA. Very close to campus and the shuttle is really convenient. I use the gym and the pool during the summer so those amenities are a huge plus! I really love the design of the apartment itself, especially the kitchen. Overall an awesome place to live.
Nice distance from campus and it's nice to have the shuttle that'll take you campus. Rooms are an okay size as bathrooms are as well.
