Hey. Pool party was amazing!! Let me just say that the maintenance guy, Chris, was very helpful the other day he came to my unit. He was also at the pool party being friendly and showing the people of San Marcos what type of friendly community the Villagio has to offer! Thanks Chris!
I had a a great time at the Crawfish boil this past weekend! It was fun and a great way to bring the community together! And the crawfish was delicious! I love Villagio Apartments!!

Reasons I been living here for two years: Friendly staff, always asking about your day. Good size patio, a lot of closet space, free cable and internet, and pet friendly. Management lets you do whatever you want as long as you aren't creating any havoc. 2 mins away from the expressway, 8 mins away from school. There is a great open space for my dog to run located behind the apartments.
