I haven't had many problems while living here. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and then rent total is never too bad. Nice pool area and a very quiet location. Don't have to worry about parties being too loud or anything.
Recommendedoverall, the community is great here. the staff is very sweet. i’m glad i’m here for a second lease. villagio is a really wholesome place to live. :)
I moved into these apartments about a year ago and I have never had any issues. The staff is amazing & help with everything that I need assistance on. If I ever need a little extra assistance from maintenance, they get it done is a reasonable amount of time. I have nothing negative to say about Villagio. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live. Especially students! I have met my some of my closest friends here since their residents are primarily students.
I was assisted by one of their employees Marbella Hernandez, she fixed my situation asap and was able to get what I needed resolved. Beautiful apartments and good amenities, I have enjoyed living here so far especially with employees like this that actually get things done for you. Highly recommend both the apartments and speaking with Marbella if you have an issue.
