RecommendedI loved the apartment complex, the location, and the staff members. Specifically, Marbella Hernandez as she helped answer all my questions, and helped fix any issues I had. I highly recommend these apartments, and speaking with Marbella if any problems/concerns occur.
Horrible! Not what was shown when apartment hunting. model and floor plan both show a pantry in the kitchen. There is NO pantry in the apartment. This is how my daughter was given her apartment on move in day. They didn’t even clean after previous tenants moved out. We had to hire our own local company to clean carpets. Moved in this past Monday, for a first apartment it’s so cozy, home like, and the staff are always so nice. I am really looking forward for the next year!
I have lived in 2 other apartment complexes before moving into the villagio, and I can honestly say that this has been the best one yet. Everyone is very friendly, really made me feel at home!
Their pool is really great 🏼 and they are in a great location near HEB and not too far from txst
Never got our torn furniture replaced, fridge was old, washer always broke.
Beautiful place when going to view. Management is horrible. My son's first year there was awful. The furniture needed to be replaced as it was torn and very worn. They promised to replace and never did. Had mold in ac vents and one bath. Roaches and it was not the place I wanted my son to live. Glad he moved.
