I have lived here for a year and 7 months. I really do like it here! The management here care about the residents. If you have a problem they are on top of it. Many of the reasons we resigned the lease for another year. Now the two things is we live on the bottom level, which we call the basement. The cell reception down here kinda sucks, but that could also be the kinda of service we have (Cricket). And the laundry room is expensive and doesn't really work to well. But all together, an amazing place to live!
BEDBUGS!!!! BEWARE! My fiancé and I are reasonably clean people. We've even had a maintenance guy comment that our apartment was one of the cleanest he's seen in Wichita. I started waking up with bites a few weeks ago so we called an exterminator out to look at it. He said they might be coming from another apartment. Honestly, who knows how many apartments are infested! Want to get out ASAP!
Went in to look at a apartment. They were rude. Wouldn't let me look at anything but a demo. When I said never mind. The lady said we don't want you living here anyways.
I Currently live here .. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I've ever lived at . I just really want people to stay away from here . They trick you by showing you the nice demo one , refuse to show you your apartment till you sign the contact just people please stay away from here one reason I rates it one star is cause that's the lowest it would let me go . Can't wait for me lease to be up
Has went to shit do not move in here the maintenance people are weird they enter apartments without notice everybody is moving out nothing is getting fixed looks real ghetto
