These are the worst apartments I have EVERRRRRR lived in. Went OVER a month without my hot water working properly, my air conditioner CONSTANTLY stops working. The carpets were smelly when we moved in - had to clean them on our own! The door is broken and constantly gets stuck when trying to open it. I didn’t get a key to the laundry room for SIX months. I was always getting locked out trying to do laundry. Boarders to the flooring were missing when we moved in. The list goes on and on. Do NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️
They are horrible and criminals, they don’t take care of anything, they have trash everywhere! I went a week without hot water! The apartments they show are nothing like the apartment you get, make sure you ask to see the one they are going to rent you! Also since I have moved over a month ago they won’t tell me when I’m getting my deposit back, they say it was sent or the accountant is sending another one! we moved out in August of 2019 and left the apartment cleaner than when we got it (had to clean it ourselves before moving in) never caused any problems or had issues and have been promised my 400-500 dollar deposit back but they keep blaming it on "corporate" I've tried to be nice, but when I finally asked for a number of someone who can do something, they left me on hold for 15-20 minutes then hung up on me. It's now been over 5 months and still don't have our money back.

By getting rid of the current property manager and taking the owner to court for numerous code violations!!!!!🤬
I have had property stolen, they have double charged rent payments, added late fees, and have yet to correct any issue. You nearly have to take them to court for everything that you need corrected. Stay away stay away stay away stay away.
Just moved in and the staff is wonderful and caring! We love the space the apartment has especially for the price!
