Ok so upside it's a place to stay if u dont want to stay at the mission ,they work with you money wise,everything but cable is included, and the people are pretty cool who live there..now downside..basically your renting a bedroom,it defiantly should be just for short term living and yes u do share bathrooms and kitchen..bigger downside dont ever pay in advanced pay weekly because if u move or find a place and u paid for a month they dont give u your money back
AWESOME PEOPLE!!! We had been warned about the drug addicts staying here but after being there we realize there was nothing of that sort going on! Very affordable and super nice people...
Village on Fifth is one of the worst places to live
If you need a great place to stay for any length of time, this is the place to go.Very clean ,good price and the staff is friendly and very hepful
Village on Fifth is the best in communal living in Knox County..
Manager is HIGHLY unprofessional and made my associate very uncomfortable. Too many drunks, drug dealers, and sex predators there for her comfort. No heat in the winter, and they charge extra for AC in the summer. And they charge WAY too much for what they offer AND lie about the price - they SAY $80/week in their ads, but everyone I've talked to is or was charged $115/week or MORE, for 12x12 rooms with no AC/heat, no private bath (and the shared baths ARE NOT secure,) and no private kitchen.
