They get my pick up order wrong every single time. I get that the kitchen staff all look like their in Junior High, but come on. Just today, I ordered the "Build your own Burger" with fries, I get home and no fries. I didn't even bother going back to get them because it's just one time too many. No wonder Goog's Pub and Grub is always so crowded, their gaining all the customers Village inn is losing due to poor service.
Absolutely horrible. Ask for Kettle One and the server didn't know if they had it on tap. It's vodka you dummy. Then they brought it out and it tastes like it came straight from the urinal. Food sucked. Place has become a real shithole.
ORDER IT TO GO! Wanted to have some awesome taco pizza and a good drink with my hubby! but... got a really LOUD atmosphere, with a lady talking SUPER LOUD at a table VERY close by, a bad waitress who did not know ANYTHING about the menu, and $$ on a tip NOT at ALL DESERVED!! BUT... the good people we are we paid are 18%. :( Village Inn has lost it's touch! For the $$ we paid boy that was HORRIBLE!
