I've had several problems with food showing up undercooked, open and leaking out in the delivery bag, a staple in my wet burrito, and yet I continue to give them another chance...but we've been waiting for our food for over 3 hours now; I'm not exaggerating. Worst service ever. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you like overpriced mediocre food and a lot of time to kill, they're good at that
Here's an idea... When people call the restaurant to place a pizza take out order. How about after your receptionist transfers the call. SOMEONE should answer it. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Jets it is!
You need to care more about your employees on bad weather days and understand some live in very rural areas with bad roads Love your food but don't like the ethics
They have good food here. Service somedays is slow. They also charge you for sour cream, so a heads up on that one since they just add it to your price.
