Disappointed in the changes made by new owner. No more Chic Pesto Panini, no more Chicago style pizza, different fries and now I find out no more free kids meals on Sunday. We won't be going there anymore. Bummed.
Price on the food is insane 12.50 for a french dip 14.00 if you want fries with it. And what happened to the old fries? I payed 1.49 for 10 cold and soggy crinkle cut fries.
Worst service ever. Waited an hour after ordering appetizers & dinner, & never saw the waitress. Of course, we left!!!!

Meh. Had reservations for the bar side made 2 weeks prior. Somehow the date got reserved wrong. Went and sat down anyway. No less then 6 times someone came to our table to remind us that we may not have enough room. Each time I said we would be fine Im sure things would work out. We eventually got menus. The person that took our order didn't seem to write anything down, so there was obvious confusion when people wanted to start paying their bill. The servers are great I like Miiko and kat and Kaylee they all sweet
We always have a great experience at Village Inn! The deep dish pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni is the best in West Michigan. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. We have a great time watching and singing karaoke on the weekends. The Village Inn is always a good time.
