Was there today and had pretty strange service. We ordered the lunch buffet and having been there before knew it usually came with a salad. Server didn't ask us about what kind of salads we wanted. We wondered if something had changed so the next time we saw her I asked about it. She said "yeah a salad comes with it but then she would have to go in the back and make it" I'm sorry I didn't realize you didn't want to do you job! Service was very slow on a not very busy week night. Slow to get Beverages (water). Took over an hour for pizza. The food is ok but definitely not worth waiting so long for. I can’t imagine what it’s like on a Friday or Saturday.
Terrible. Service was crap. Asked our server several times for just a couple glasses of water which inevitably took an hour. Calzone was undercooked. High prices for sup standard food quality. Crinkle fries??? Really? What are we 12? Seriously its pretty sad. Hated it
Use to be a regular but now I changed all the prices and menu items boooooooo bring the classic VI back
Great food and service!! My granddaughter favorite place to eat so we had a nice time celebrating her birthday
I love the food and they have awesome drink specials...however I never liked the food when it’s delivered...the pizza is always undercooked and tastes different from if you actually go into the restaurant
Since under new management things are definitely improved. The manager at our family gathering yesterday was amazing.
