Helpful and Friendly Service – I have dealt with Village Floor and Wall on three different projects. I had my house carpeted a few years ago and was very happy with the results, so when it came time to recarpet my boat, there was never a doubt in my mind where to go. If you have dealt with boat flooring, it is a whole different world. The staff was very helpful and did a beautiful job. My next project was a kitchen redo. Best ever tile and flooring experience – As a guy I needed lots of help picking products, colors and installation for a master bath makeover for a surprise Xmas gift for my wife. The help I received in planning and then completing the project while she was on a short vacation was great. Then to top it off my wife was also impressed my skill at designing and I was good for another year. Really the fit and finish of the tile was perfect. The countertops fit perfectly and the details of caulking where also perfect.
Great Service and Even Better Products-One stop Shop! – I have to say that I was very impressed with Village Floor. Although there are so many big box home improvement stores, none of those can compare to the level of personal service you get with the staff at Village. My sales person was very pleasant, prompt with communication and helped me choose the right products for my home and within my budget! That is important as a consumer! HORRIBLE!!!!! – Horrible, Horrible Service. The rudest women I have ever met in my life. I would NEVER and I repeat NEVER use them again. They treated me like a child and with no respect. Unfortunate for them also, I have so many projects in the works. Village Floor and Wall in Blaine will not get my business.
