Very friendly staff-both front desk and in room. One thing that stood out to me was that the technician, Terri, would comfortingly rub my shoulder when the doctor was doing the injection part, I don't know if that is something she is trained to do to give you other sensory input while getting the injection, but it was just really nice. The dentist, Dr. Nidela (sp?) also was very responsive to me during the fillings procedure, and I felt very comfortable.

I came in for a routine cleaning and ended up with a filling. Courtney was fabulous. She is the pride of eastern North Carolina. I gave her a lot of high fives as I was enjoying the laughing gas!! As always, the dental care was superb.
