Horrible customer service in the billing dept. If I paid the balance due after insurance responsibilities why would billing dept send over the full amount and then send me a bill stating I owe more than what my insurance was pre authorized to pay. Dr. Chris Martin please look into your billing staff before they run all your customers off.
Received a crown here 8 years ago as a result of a recommendation from one of there dentist that it needed to be done urgently. Stated I had 4 cavities as well. Got the crown done the experience was horrible so I did not go back for the cavities. Since that appointment the three dentist I have used have not seen one cavity. As an nurse now and not a student, I know that this type of behavior is inexcusable in the medical field. I should have read the **** and other review site reviews before getting work done.
I went to this business to get my top teeth capped after a domestic abuse situation. HOLY MISTAKE. I know... I know. I'm an idiot. I should never have come here. Anyways, Dr. Wheeler (whom I have seen twice in my life since she literally ghosted me) convinced me that doing 12 crowns, 1-4 root canals and extracting 1 molar IN ONE DAY was normal.
