Food is fantastic, service not so much. We've been here probably a dozen times. Every time it takes forever to get our food. Once waited 15 minutes just to get our drink order. This morning, took forever to get our food, an omelette & French toast (which was cold), never checked on us once & pretty much blew us off when we asked to speak to a manager to provide feedback. Village Cafe, we love your food, unfortunately we probably won't be back.
Today I tried Polenta and prosciutto soup, amazingly GOOD!
I had dinner at the Village Cafe yesterday. The food was delicious and the service was good. I would definitely go back. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a family eating right at the restroom doors when I went in and out of one of those doors.
