Fantastic Place, Clean and very well presented. Staff were very helpful. Great location!
This was the last stop on our road-trip honeymoon across California and Nevada. Of the 5 hotels we stayed in this was my least favourite. Seemed extremely expensive for what it was (then again, maybe that's just typical of San Francisco!). The room felt cramped and it was constantly noisy at night (could do shelling out for some double glazing!).
Amazing staff , top notch service and location. Excellent price. Recommend to anyone. Kevin at the concierge was amazing. Such great and helpful young man. Sales Manager Victoria Wong goes above her call of duty. Definitely made the difference in my lodging experience. The room was dark and no windows and the halls need carpet replacement but all of this was forgotten due to the amazing service. Recommend 100%
Great hotel. my room was one of the newly renovated so bigger than most. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Great area, to be downtown. would recommend.
I've stayed here twice. Both times were extremely positive experiences. The hotel is easily accessible via BART, which keeps me from having to drive or pay for parking. The restaurant is delicious and the staff pleasant. It's a boutique hotel but the rooms are clean and well furnished. I slept like a rock! Definitely coming back!
