This used to be one of the nicest hotels in San Francisco. Not any more. The elegance that this hotel once was is gone. Replaced with bad decor and smaller lobby. At this point they need to change the name because the name doesn’t match.
State alla larga, personale maleducato, ma veramente maleducato. Non troverete un servizio così neanche in un baraccone del terzo mondo. Costoso ma non è un cinque stelle. Stanze vecchie struttura che casca a pezzi. Peggio posto in tutto il viaggio negli usa.
Came here a few months ago. Changed rooms 3 times upon arrival due to cleanliness/technical issues with a 9 month old in tow. Was told I would get a discount for my troubles on next stay. Came back total room price was not broken down correctly and tv didn't work. What were the odds of giving them another opportunity to make it right...guess jokes on me. Won't happen again.
