On first attempt to make an appointment was told I needed a doctor's order to see Dr. Subbarao. This was incorrect--then on hold more than 10 minutes to make the appointment on my second try. I finally decided to find another doctor as staff was not friendly on the phone. I was on hold another 10 minutes to cancel the appointment. There are choices out there and I chose to find a more friendly and efficient office. This is not a comment on the Doctor himself.
Always listens to the patient and clearly explains results and plan of treatment.
