This doctor did not adequately prepare our family for the reality of how the situation would be after surgery. He and his team guaranteed a discussion about post-op care in the hospital which never transpired and he failed to explain the extreme level of monitoring and care the patient would need after surgery. The man is consistently not reachable and does not personalize care whatsoever. It's an embarrassment, no matter how good of a surgeon he is esteemed to be (results still to be seen).

Arrived 1/2 hour early for my visit and was told by the receptionist that there were 11 people waiting ahead of me, 6 people in the waiting room and 5 people in examination rooms. To say the least I was upset and insulted. The disrespect this shows for Rasquinha's patients is beyond belief. I have no idea if he is good at his specialty. So if you don't mind being treated in this manner go ahead and give him a shot. Keep in mind there are many qualified surgeons who do not behave this way

Was greeted at the door and told the doctor was running 11/2 hours behind. The waiting room was packed. Was told by office manager that he's only in this office once a week and tries to accommodate his patients. That's no answer. After waiting for all that time, you get to see the doctor for 5 minutes. No way to run a practice. I would advise you to find another surgeon who is interested in his patients.

I would not call this man a doctor. He has no sympothy. My mother came into his office not being able to walk. He offered no comfort. His visit was literally 5 minutes. Told her to get a MRI and then he would see her. She did the MRI had a torn meniscus on her left knee. He told her to have surgery in a month! One month. He not a doctor. Animal
