Used Vigilante for a mini split install all went well. A year and a half a condensation pump failed. Called Vigilante and informed them of the problem and that I was still under a 2 year warranty. They said I wasn't, I sent a picture via text. They sent out service people out to address the problem. The condensation pump malfunctioned. They charged me for the service call were going to charge me over $900 to replace the pump. They did honor the contract. The pump cost $236. They were going to charge me over $600 in labor to ... read more

I have reviewed your warranty and it was one year on parts other than the actual air conditioners. This equipment is two years old and a whole year out of warranty. I called Vigilante this morning after discovering my 8 year old water heater started leaking at 3am. They scheduled me between 1 and 5 pm and **** and ****** arrived promptly at 1 or so. I wasnt home, but my water heater was accessible for replacement. I cant tell you how much it means to have trust worthy people doing work inside your home. **** called me and told me exactly the size unit that would be needed and started the job.
