I had a same day emergency in ******* ********. The staff were professional on the phone and in person. They came to my house within hours and changed the water heater. They even helped me cut the lock on my cellar since I lost the key. They were informative and on time. They even cleaned up. called with a problem of 3 year old split air conditioner dripping water inside room. but unit was working perfect, was told they could not give me an estimate and a tech would have to come out and i would have to pay $ ****** that i thought would go to the cost of any work performed instead it was addition to any work performed.when tech arrived he was able to take out an tablet and come up with prices in a second the drain line had to be cleared which was the removal of the front cover and vanes $ ****** ( took all of 5 mi... read more
They arrived on time, they accessed the problem and consulted with me. They went right to work and got the job done! They were very courteous, they explained what they were going to do and what they did, they cleaned up after themselves. The price I paid was what they quoted. I would recommend them highly.
