That shit is bomb. Great coffee house, live real chill band-musicians. Staff is not only friendly but definitely sexy both guys n girls. Like fucking whoa!
Hands down my favorite coffee shop in DC. The coffee, service, and experience are top notch. I honestly like that they've done away with wifi on the weekends. It keeps things social and people don't hunker down for too long so you can (almost) always find a seat.
Honestly amazing coffee, great food, friendly staff. This is my neighborhood café and I've been here almost every weekend since I found it. They apparently no longer offer WiFi on the weekends as a way to encourage social interaction. As a loyal customer this is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. If there is a concern for table space, then that should be addressed instead of astrocizing the hundreds of customers that regularly come to eat, drink, and get work done on the weekends. Hey Jesse we're sorry to hear that not being able to use wifi at our Roastery is what will deter you from supporting a small local coffee conpany. We a community shop, not a workplace, but I believe there is a Starbucks nearby in which you can utilize all the free wifi you can. I had a cappucino with the Dank blend. Incredible coffee. My only beef is lack of good parking. Guess it doesn't matter when you're this good.
The place is quaint and the food was quite good. I do think the customers with their laptops are very inconsiderate. There was no place to sit until one man got up and we could use the table. Most of the folks weren't even having anything, they had finished and were just working or doing whatever.
