Great customer service, convenient location, and a very clean and tidy facility. I need to access my unit several times a week at random hours. 24 hour access is easy, and I never have trouble getting in and out when I need to.

Outstanding customer service! I spoke to Heather and I could not be happier with the service she provided. I came in during a bad rain storm, she gave me towels to dry off with and even offered to show me the units in the rain without hesitation. She inquired as to what I was going to store and suggested the right size. The moving in process was well explained and easy to do. As a recent customer, I can definitely recommend Viera Storage. Kudos for the following: A very helpful, friendly, professional staff; clean, dry units (even through 2 hurricanes). My items were always in excellent condition after several months of storage. The gate access policy and video surveillance made sure my items were very secure. It's in a good safe location as well. And plenty of room for vehicles to move about the facility too. Thumbs up!
