Honest and straightforward as always. She has been patient with me as I come to grips with the need for hearing aids, providing me with trials of various designs and price points.
I had a very positive experience at Vienna Hearing Center. The exam started on time and all phases were explained by the audiologist. The results showing my hearing loss were presented in a professional manner and all questions answered.

This was my first time having auditory screening and testing. Getting older presents some challenges and changes that we didn’t anticipate while young so I was a bit nervous to have to have these tests completed. Dr Carter and her staff were extremely professional and kind. Dr Carter explained my test results and provided recommendations.
