I enjoy going to Vienna Hearing Center. Dr. Hoehl takes her time to explain and help you with any problems you may encounter with your hearing aids. They are up on the latest information pertaining the health benefits wearing your hearing aids. They are constantly sending out information and introducing you to New information On hearing aids and ways to protect your hearing. I highly recommend Dr. Hoehl
I have been going to Vienna Hearing Center for years. Dr Hoehl is excellent at testing and finding the right hearing aids for my needs. My only complaint is with the post-purchase service. After my warranty expired, they wanted to charge $50 for a routine cleaning and $300 to adjust the hearing aids to my changing hearing requirements. Considering the initial cost of the devices, I believe these services should be free for the life of the hearing aids.
