The costumer service at the U St location is abysmal. Trying to get anything resolved beyond everybody jumping over each other to sign you up to be a member to pay the overpriced membership seems to be impossible. I will try for the 9th time in the last week to speak to a manager to have them stop charging me for a pool membership I never sign up for. Wish me luck.
