Victory Prop Mgt was by far the easiest and best experience I've had with renting. Cat, my home's manager, was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend them to those in the area.

I have been renting a great property in Raleigh for the past 3 years through Victory Real Estate. They are responsive, flexible and my experience has been worry free. I appreciate that they care about the property on behalf of the owner and value my treating it as my home and not "just a rental". Friendly and professional can be hard to find when dealing with management companies...Victory Real Estate has been both.

VRE was awesome all three years we rented from them! We rented sight unseen from Las Vegas, which could have turn into a nightmare easily. It didn't AT ALL! They were kind, courtesy, and super helpful before the move and the entire time. Our requests for maintenance were always answered within 48 hours. Doug, handyman extraordinaire, is a total professional and friendly. Owner, Ralph stopped by to meet us to make sure we were settling in. Beware that by showing your property, rather than having an agent on site to walk people through, they just give the lockbox combination to people so that they can view the property on their own. If you have no problem giving absolute strangers unattended access to your property, and not getting any feedback from an agent that is on site with prospective tenants, then this is the company for you.

We do occasionally make a judgement call when someone is on very tight time and ?we have vetted them very wel?l. We follow up by checking the place out afterward. At times being a relatively small boutique firm we ?cannot always rush out to meet someone immediately?,? who is calling on a sign, and if you ?do not get them in right ?away(and they are highly qualified/someone we really want) ?there is a very high probability ?you will lose them. Even larger agencies have the same problem at times

Excellent and very reliable company – Ralph and Danielle did an excellent job in finding a tenant for my rental property.
