RecommendedOur stay at both Victory Breeze and Victory Sunrise met every expectation. Both houses were clean, spacious with great amenities and close to the beach. John was very responsive with general questions we had as there were no issues at either of the properties. We will definitely be looking to book in the future.

The Flanagan family loved the Sunset property in Avalon! It’s spacious, luxurious and peaceful! The pool, hot tub and water sports kept us busy. And the sunsets were stunning! Was a great home for a family vacation. Would highly recommend!
We stayed at Victory Volley. It was beyond our expectation. - John was amazing and there anytime we needed anything at all. - within a day a new Weber grill appeared and was ready for grilling. - There are two master bedrooms with connecting bathrooms with three additional bathrooms. - We loved having access to the private pool and tennis courts behind the house. - we used the bikes and beach chairs - we loved the sofa sitting area out on the deck. Stayed at Victory Breeze for a weekend in April. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. There was so much space everyone felt as though they were right at home. John was extremely helpful and friendly through the entire rental process. Would love to come back in the summer months, but it was a real treat in the early spring as well. We had the beach completely to ourselves!
Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving in this amazing house. As soon as you enter you can see it's a clean and well maintained property.
Awesome weekend getaway at Victory South! Plenty of space for everyone and it was close to the beach.
John was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the house was everything we expected and then some. Every bell and whistle is included in the "Victory Breeze" property and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be looking to rent again from John and Victory Properties. Thanks for everything!
