I contacted Victory Improvement Professionals for an estimate on repairing my roof. The guy comes out, doesn't even look at my roof, then starts asking me how much I thought my insurance would pay him to do the work. He refused to give me a written estimate until he knew how much my insurance would cover. It quickly became obvious that the guy didn't know jack about roof repair and he was only there to see how much money he could make off my insurance company.
