Bought a 2014 crv than trade in to a new 2018 odyssey. The sales person Andre was helping when buying the crv and then also when tradeed in to odyssey. Very helpful and courtesy.
was treated exceptionally well, all were kind and respectful, last vehicle bought at serramonte honda, I was not treated well when I went in for service.
It is very interesting to read other people’s comments about this dealership. I’ve had two other vehicles (and now a third one) from this dealership and each experience was better than the previous one. I knew what I always wanted each time and the people I’ve dealt with always helped me. I always do a lot of research on the vehicles and the dealerships that have them. I purchased a car here and they didn’t give it to me for almost one month after I signed the paperwork. The Finance Manager told me that I didn’t have to worry about my first month payment. One month later, I get the car and now they’re making me pay for the first month’s payment, even though I didn’t get the car until a month after and even though their Finance Manager told me that I didn’t have to worry about the first month’s car payment. Be very careful when you buy a vehicle here.
We bought a used Honda Accord a little over three and a half years ago with an outrageous asking price ,with a Carfax which we thought was an honest report on this vehicle ! We made an offer (below the asking price ) and somehow the contract that was drawn up was for over the original asking price ....we didn't realize this until we got home and looked at the contract again ....we were scammed and our complaints went nowhere !!
