This is our second purchase from Victory Honda of San Bruno. Recently we desided to upgrate our Honda 2017 to Honda SRV 2020. We'd like to say big thanks to Petr Kalachinskiy the sales consultant. This was a best expedience for us, Petr is so informative and helpful. He help us to get the modal and trim we want. Everythis was easy and fast. They are just such liers. I offered them but Peter , the Chinese guy , let me waited for 3 days without any response. When my friend came to check if the car is still available or not . At first they said yes “ it’s still available “ then they said no it’s sold . The second time . They agreed with my offered $10.300 but when I came back for deposit they said the car is washed. And today 1/10 /2020 they called me and said they have another one just trade in .. since they lied me twice how dare I come back to them?
AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST. Brought our car here for service. Explicitly told them not to perform any additional services. They still did services that were not requested and charged us for it.
They are very professional and really good customer service!!
Very bad service and the workers are just trying to pass time with each other’s not help the costumer. The service workers are so rude and mean and specialty when they tryna change the oil they will take forever.
