They played me pretty hard. The lady who played the role of sales rep convinced me they could work within my price range for a lease and convinced me on several occasions that if I drove an hour down to them, they would be able to get me close to what I wanted. she reassured me again and again that she would do everything in her power to get that. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Sam, Carolina, and Tamu worked so very hard to meet my family's needs both vehicle-wise as well as budget wise. They stayed much past closing time to ensure the deal was done and met all the needs. I have way less than perfect credit, but that didnt change how they treated me. I was always treated with respect and integrity. We will absolutely be repeat customers!
